Flowers were pretty but I was a little disappointed that there were no roses included as in the picture.

I'm so sorry you were disappointed. I strive to make sure I use the freshest flowers so arrangements will last as long as possible. Substitutions do need to be made from time to time. If I'm not ok with the quality of the product I receive I will not use it, which was the case with this bouquet. Again, my apologies that you were disappointed.
